Chichen Itza in Mexico
There are much to perceive in the world. And world creation of every thing we can make as humans, has to be nominated about all things perceivable!
The award of being the best wonders in the world is made by the Swiss company New Open World Corporation! That is an interesting and exciting company, and we can challenge them! Which strict criteria should be used to be world best? To be considered, a monument had to be made by humans, it should be in acceptable physical condition, and it should be made before the year 2000. By the end of the year 2005, 186 monuments were assessed, and of these 20 monuments were assessed over the telephone and over the internet. More than 100 million votes came within the deadline of 6 July 2007. Seven modern wonders were published, and these were:
1. The Great Wall of China
2. The ruin town of Petra in Jordan
3. The great Christ statue in Rio de Janeiro
4. The ruins Machu Picchu in Peru
5. The temple plant Chichen Itza in Mexico
6. Colusseum in Rome
7. Taj Mahal in Agra in India
In addition to these wonders, came the pyramids in Egypt, and they were not in the vote!
The Great Wall of China
The Great Wall of China is amazing popular the world around. Many people joined the building of the wall, and many worked themselves to death. The other things being nominated, have something to do with religion, and that is the great statue of Jesus Christ, and the temple plant Chichen Itza. We are also concerned about theater, and Colusseum in Rome is the most popular place for doing such things!

Many people are travelling around the world to see the seven wonders. And there is much history about each of them. Tourists love seeing them and experiencing them! It is important to get tourists, and the financial management of them should be carefully and properly.
