DO YOU LIKE TO TRAVEL? - My inspirational writing for the new week

In the end of last year, I went on a work trip to Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. In the warming up before a meeting, having been introduced to the representatives of the other party, one of them asks me right away: do you like to travel?
I found this to be a good sign, and even more when he told me, with a spark in his eyes, that he had brought his wife and son with him, in the long drive (more than 1000 km) from Canoinhas to Brasília. He's a good soul, I thought to myself. They must be a happy couple, so I guessed.

José Luis and Márcia. And Daniel, their son, a photography lover, just like me. I met them later. They all had been in Timor, having enjoyed this country a lot. They also told me about a motorcycle ride they had done throughout Latin America some years ago, which they intend to repeat in a few years' time. They invited me to go with them, saying that they want to build a group of friends to live together this adventure. I said yes!

They took us, my colleagues and me, to the market, which was closed on that day. Then we went to the “Feira dos Importados” (import-export market), a place where literally everything is for sale. And where you can eat. Yes! We had a delicious “gaucho” barbecue, their courtesy.

We could never have had better hosts in Brasilia. They were the best companions.
And his gaze to her, and hers to him, after so many years, midst his 11 children, some biological and some adopted.
You have to see to believe it.
Good souls.
They invited me to visit them at their house one day to come.
And I said yes :).
