I love this pattern and think it looks adorable in pink...especially made for my sweet niece who was born two years ago. I know that it is a special quilt for her and will be for many years! I love all of the pinks and other colors that match well. One of my favorite things is that it contains fabrics from some of my other quilts - Nana's quilt, her sisters' quilts, my favorite purple quilt.
This quilt pattern is actually called Piper's Picket Fence and it worked out perfectly since my niece's name is Piper! I chose to do all over free motion quilting on this one as well. I think it turned out really well and I plan to use this pattern again since it is so cute!
Most people comment that they love the backs of the quilts. I have to agree on this one. I think it is pretty adorable and love how it turned out.
This is the last of the quilts I've made before (that I have previously posted on my Facebook account). I have some other projects that I've worked on before that I plan to share as well as starting new projects. Yea for carving out some crafting time in the future - a necessity!
