This snippet of my work is a dark bit

And I'll share it again as I am never sure who the steemit crop appears.

I know I've shared quite a few pieces of this work, but I promise you, you have pretty much seen most of it by now. Of course it still needs tweaking and some tightening up of brush strokes.

And to share again the disparate parts I have shared with you thus far. I do swear this is only one large piece.

I had a busy day yesterday, as I had to attend to my little cottage I let in the Summer and once I got back and hobbled up to my studio, I found no time to post.

Speaking of getting back into the Summer studio, though, it is good to be able to spread out and get ready to mess about with some off little printmaking things here and there.

And I just found my old antique press behind some boxes.

As I mentioned in my last post I had packed up and taken down a few things here in my Summer studio with the idea that the new space, down two flights of stairs, would be ready for this Summer. But, alas, that was not to be, so I am sorting through trying to find this or that to re-set up this space for the Summer.

This is a fun old press.

It's just simple weight by crank so it's not super precise but that is part of the fun of printmaking for me, is the surprise after you run a print, whether through a hand crank press, or just the pressure of your hand or wooden blocks.

I hope you are all having a lovely productive day in some fashion. Now, I am out to plant up a new veg planter by my front door. My new veg garden sea side is proving to be quite a challenge with all the wind. My little pop up green house is basically a pile of poles and plastic at this point, so we will see if the tomatoes can make it in there.
