In a recent speech to an exclusive group of attorneys in New York, Walter Joseph “Jay” Clayton III, Securities and Exchange (SEC) Chairman, in prepared remarks and brief statements, equated Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) with securities, which will mean massive regulation of a red-hot market.

Awareness of the serious drawbacks of centralized identity services is growing.

Spurred by the Equifax breach earlier this year, the problem isn't relegated to the U.S. credit scoring company alone. In mid-October, a database leaked the personal information of more than 30 million South Africans (more than half the population). Further, searching "data breach" in Google news turns up a significant recent data breaches globally.

Behlendorf told CoinDesk:

"You're using [distributed ledgers] simply to store addresses, pointers and hashes to data that is stored off-chain elsewhere. Recognition of that basic model is starting to become clear to the different organizations in [the identity] space."

It is difficult to keep you updated about the BTC because everything is moving so quickly these last hours and I don't want make more than 3 publications by day (3 english + 3 french).

So here is my first update about the BTC for the day and I will do some other during the day or I will cover other cryptos, depending of what will happen...

As explained you yesterday, I said you that if we break the last support line of the triangle, we will test the support line at $6020.

Here is the current chart :

So we broke the last support line of the triangle

We tested and broke my support line at $6020

We touched the MMA50 before stopped the drop

It looks like now that we used the MMA50 touched to start a nice reversal of several hundred dollars. This reversal make a nice pattern on the daily chart : Hammer. This pattern is often the indicator of a change of direction.

I think we did the low for the short term and that we will continue the reversal during the next hours. Stay very careful because it doesn't mean that the drop is finished. During every huge move, you have always a pause done with a reversal but it is just a pause not always the end.
