I use the wonderful Steemnow to:
- track and my progress each day.
- monitor my power level for voting.
- find new posts to upvote and comment.
I also check @penguinpablo's daily and weekly steemit stats to seek signs of life here.
@mariannewest
I follow @mariannewest for freewrite and for updates on minnow tips and helpful places to interact. Her daily post for freewrite is always a wealth of information and I use it.
@boddhisattva
I follow @boddhisattva because of reports telling who is active in various ways on steemit. This makes it easy to to find big guys who support the little guys here. He reports on “effective curators” meaning those who spread their upvotes widely.
These are three choices of many. I think a lot of people are very helpful here and have no complaints in this area. Steemit is one place on the internet where you CAN get help and interaction and I am very grateful for it.

I’m grateful I lost half my size and only sorry it took me until I was 50 years old to figure it out. It’s been over seven years now since I had to worry about my weight. What a relief this is .
