早餐 Breakfast
I am saying, no I did not get to eat this. It's my favorite roast pork! My client purposely bought this and eat infront of me.
我只是告诉你,我没能吃。我的顾客特地带这过来在我面前吃。55555
Client bought me a fried rice-noodle (beehoon), and I ordered a cup of coffee. Expected calories for this meal should be around 500
顾客给我买来一包炒米粉。加了一杯咖啡,估计这一顿大概500卡。
午餐 Lunch
Lunch is, again pan mee rice noodle. Seriously, during abstain choices of food is very limited. Especially these starchy stuff are very high in energy. Expected 600calories
午餐,跟昨天一样,板面。斋戒期间是最难找适合的食物。尤其是这种粥粉面饭的都是高热量食品。这一顿,也该是600卡了。

晚餐 Dinner
Dinner was rather simple. After completing my workout already late, and I refused to go out for a meal, more over it's very hard to find proper food that is suitable for my kind of diet right now due to lent season. I had this bowl of granola and added with some milk. Following the nutrition guide, this meal should create damage of about 400calories
运动完后,晚餐好像有点迟了,也不想到外面去吃。再加上目前斋戒中,能让我吃得健康的也没有什么选择。结果还是留在家里随便吃一碗谷粮加一些奶。根据营养标签计算,这个“早”餐大概就是400卡。
总结 Summary
As expected from yesterday, weight increased by 400gm. Water reduced as yesterday wasn't drink enough as well as today only managed to do 2 liters. Let's try harder tomorrow.
跟昨天预期的一样。体重增加了400克,体脂液稍微增加了。相信最大的原因是水分摄取不足吧,因为这两天都只喝了2公升。明天再努力把。
