哦，不是包青天。是包今天。这家餐馆叫“包今天”。有好几间分店。这是在乌节路附近的一间。店名“包今天”肯定跟“包青天”是在玩文字游戏。里面卖的有包和点星。也有粥，面和其他小菜。以前在那里吃过就没见过这图。这图应该和明显的显示他们有卖酒吧。
OK, it’s not Justice Bao but Bao Today. Justice Bao is a government official, a magistrate during the time of Song dynasty in China. This restaurant calls itself “包今天” (Bao Today - bao actually means bun) and that sounds like the Chinese name of the Justice Bao “包青天”. So, I have to think some smart Alec had a pun on the name of Justice Bao. More information about Justice Bao can be found in this link:

Anyway, they have buns, dim sum, porridge, noodles and other dishes. I have eaten there before but this picture on their wall must quite new. The food is so so. No guessing whether they serve alcohol because it seems to be a picture of Justice Bao saying “Bring on the wine”.
