Tropical Art Contest (A PRIZE AWAITS)

Hello Steemians! I am hosting my very first art contest. I feel as though it is well overdue. I am enjoying my time here on Steemit thoroughly. I have already came in contact with many unforgettable people that I otherwise may have never met.

Ok, on to the contest. I have chosen to theme this first contest “Tropical”. This is due to my excitement for my upcoming trip to Puerto Rico, plus my natural love for the tropics.
The rewards for this contest will NOT be Steem, SBD, or any other cryptocurrencies. Instead I have chosen to give a free custom designed artwork to whoever wins this contest. There will be more details on the prize after I give a little more info on the contest itself.

Create your own blog post including an original piece of “Tropical Themed” visual art created by you that incorporates my provided image/symbol which can be found below.
(Your art can be digital, drawing, painting, tattoo, photo edit, etc.) I am open to many different types of artists participating. This can be a jpg, gif, or both.
Comment a link to your blog post including your art piece and also referencing a link to this blog (@daltono/tropical-art-contest-a-prize-awaits) in your own blog.
You can have as many entires as you’d like, however there will only be one winner.
The contest ends next Thursday, February 15th at 12pm Eastern time.

Use the black or white version of this image in your original artwork design, you are free to change the color if you’d like :

I will be choosing my favorite artwork, the winner will receive the following prize :

A custom square portrait image design. The subject can be yourself, your favorite animal, food, landmark, or whatever else you decide. However you will only be receiving one artwork. I will provide a few example images below of some of my past works, so that you will have a general idea of the look of what the prize will be when finished.
