Today I wanna show you a dish which is super suitable for you to enjoy alone or with family. The only difference is about the amount of noodles, and all the materials you have to prepare are shown below.
各位朋友好,最近天氣變化很大,加上在忙碌的一天後,大家都應該很想能有在家就能輕鬆享用大餐的想法吧!今天我就來分享一道簡單,但又絕對不馬乎的料理喲!不管是自己吃或者跟最愛的家人分享,絕對都營養滿分,明天又能精力充沛的出發!
Be aware the recipe is suitable for 2 persons. You are able to adjust the portion of vegetables and noodles for sure.

今天準備的食譜是兩人份,可依照烹調對象的人數,在材料上予以酌量增加減少都沒問題喔!
Ingredients & Steps
- Spaghetti noodles : some
- Meatball : 8~10 (about 30 grams each)
- Onion : 1/2 (sliced)
- Green pepper : 1 (sliced)
- Garlic : 3~4 cloves (mashed)
- Broccoli : 1/2
- Oil : 3 tsp
- Butter : little (about 20 grams)
- Salt : 2 tsp
- Black pepper : 2 tsp
- Dried basil : 2 tsp_
Prepare all the ingredients.
Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes and take out in a bowl. And boil the noodles for another 7~8 minutes.
Stir fry the meal balls on mild fire for 6 minutes and take out in a plate.
Add oil & butter in the pot, and stir fry the sliced onion for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, add some hot water (2 tbsp) in the pot, and then put in the sliced green pepper, noodles, meatballs and other sauces for 7 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients and turn off the fire. Take them out in a plate and put in the boiled broccoli around. Finished!
