Singapore Airlines Will Use Blockchain For Its Loyalty Program

Announced February 05, 2017, Singapore Airlines (SIA) will launch its new blockchain-powered loyalty wallet in six months.

SIA is the biggest airline operator in Singapore and is turning to blockchain technology to boost their loyalty program miles.

The wallet will allow members of the program to spend their air miles to selected retails stores for POS transactions.


Bittrex To Reopen New Account Signups and Will Open USD Trading Soon

CEO of Bittrex Bill Shihara in a Radio Podcast on January 31, 2018 has confirmed that Bittrex will be launching USD trading to be available to the majority of its platform users.

Shihara also added that they will reopen new user signups for the exchange platform soon.

However, additional requirements will be implemented for the new users, like minimum trade deposits, to ensure that these new users are people that really understand what they are doing.

Shihara emphasized that Bittrex is not for the retail customer but aimed to a target of more institutional or sophisticated traders.
