PayPal Is Looking For A Faster Cryptocurrency Payments Technology

Paypal is currently seeking a way to boost the speed of crypto payments, and files a newly-released patent.

Published this first of March 2018 by the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the patent application entitled the "Expedited Virtual Currency Transaction System" aims to narrow the transaction time for payments made between a merchant and a consumer.

The method is by which private keys are swapped from a purchaser to a seller behind the scenes.

To make it possible, PayPal proposed a process to create secondary wallets having their own unique private keys for sellers and buyers.

The system will transfer private keys that corresponds to the exact amount of any given cryptocurrency.

With more than 300 branches, the Ukraine's leading network of pawn shops, Skarbnytsya is launching a new lending service with loans secured by digital currency.

The pawnbroker plans to provide loans based on the amount, type and price of cryptocurrency collaterals.

The move to implement this project is due to the fast development of cryptocurrencies and blockchain worldwide.
