From the Green Forest lives that our ancestors lived, we have shifted to concrete jungles surrounding ourselves with electromagnetic radiations from all possible sources; gadgets, appliances, be it our electrical appliances, smart phones, TV, wifi and so on. These radiations are directly coming in contact with our body and transmitting it to us creating an imbalance in our internal energies. The numbers of diseases have increased drastically. The more we go away from nature the more we are inviting troubles for ourselves.
Green Trees are one massive electric battery with positively charged electrons, when we come in contact with them we can bring in a lot of safety, security and stability for ourselves. A Tree hug is one wonderful way of grounding, or meditation out in the nature.
Today on this International forest day I will share a video and some pictures that I have spent around in nature, which I always enjoy the most.
This video is one of my forest visit in Kerala. To reach to this place it was a walk of 2 kms, the whole walk is from between the trees and a small stream running by the side. After reaching here it was completely blissful, there were so many birds in this place. a lot of positive vibe all around in this place.
This huge Banyan Tree, I am not sure what it's age would be like, but looks really very old, may be around 300 years. I never miss an opportunity to do a Tree hug when I get one.
This was on one of our trip to a spiritual retreat Meherabad, we love and enjoy doing this.
Where there is nature there is beauty
The coolness of nature and mother earth when it touches us and when we come in contact with it we feel fresh and alive.
