Good morning steemit. Belgium won its first match in the World Cup yesterday and everybody just loved the chocolate caramel bars I made. Win-win.

It was a great evening and again I could surprise people with my 100% plant-based sweets. Nothing is more rewarding than introducing people to health and vegan food. Most of the time it has such a bad name, but again this recipe proved that we don't eat rabbit food.

Today is our other day off. Not sure what we are going to do. For now, relaxing is on the day's program. What else can we do with all the rain we are having. Monsoon in full swing here.

Perfect day to curl up on the couch and watch some movies or a series. Any suggestions?

SUPER BERRY MORNING LOVE ღ ღ ღ

Berry morning bliss..... days like this, filled with berry love, doesn't very often happen in the Kingdom of Wonder (aka Cambodia), so I enjoyed every single sip of this one.

INGREDIENTS (serves 2)


  • 2 cups fresh moringa leaves (use spinach if you don't have moringa leaves)
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1.5 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.5 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup homemade coconut yogurt
  • Topping: goji berries and coconut flakes (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend coconut water and kale until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw everything in at once. Add more coconut water if needed.
  2. Optional: Supercharge your smoothie with superfoods such as hemp hearts, chia seeds or goji berries. I used goji berries and coconut flakes this time.
