Snow pea

超市里见到了阿根廷红虾, 大个的, 没有头,便买了些回家。恰巧看到荷兰豆,非常新鲜,而且还特价,红虾和荷兰豆真是绝配,于是,今天晚上的菜又有了。红虾和荷兰豆的营养就不用说了,我想肯定都是大家爱吃的, 尤其是美女朋友们, 吃多少也不会发胖啊。而且这个菜的颜值也是超高啊,好吃又好看,现在就请大家跟我一起来做这道阿根廷红虾炒荷兰豆吧!
原料:
红虾
荷兰豆
木耳
小柿子
胡萝卜
花生油
大蒜
清酱
盐
做法:
大虾化开,去掉虾皮,然后去掉里面的虾线,切两刀。用料酒,淀粉,糖,腌制20分钟左右
荷兰豆去掉线,洗净。
水发木耳,洗净,开水料好。
炒锅内放油,把腌制好的红虾放入,翻炒,同时放入荷兰豆,木耳,胡萝卜,加入盐,清酱,蒜片,翻炒到荷兰豆,红虾熟了为止,最后加入小柿子,主要是为了提鲜。
荷兰豆一定要炒熟,如果怕不熟可以提前用开水料一下。
