Holyyy Guacamoulyyy and recipe :) [Photos]

I want to share small recipe. I had fresh avocado straight from my parents in law garden so I made my first guacamole. I tried guacamole before and I loved it but I never knew how.

Here you have the recipe :

• 1 avocado
• juice from half lime (freshly squeezed)
• half of small red onion (well chopped)
• half teaspoon of grounded cumin
• 1-2 teaspoon of olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic (smashed)
• salt and pepper
• 1 chopped in cubes tomato (no seeds, no skin)

Peel avocado and chop in cubes then smash it with fork. Add chopped tomato, onion and smashed garlic then add salt, pepper and cumin. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil and mix.

That's how the fresh and natural avocado looks like :)

And my muffin with roasted chicken, cheese and guacamole, enjoy = )
