Our okra harvest is prolific this season, and we are grateful to share our bounty!

We have an abundance of food, and it is our pleasure to share it in person and through recipes and photographs! We deeply honor and respect food. Okra is an Eden Knight favorite! We enjoy it raw, with hummus, in salads, pickled, stewed, and fried.
