On the weekend, my friends came to my house to get together, we ate some sushi, which was just what we all like.
We all like Korean food and Japanese food, I think, it might be becasue of regional relations. In contrast, we are not used to Southeast Asian flavor.
Japan is one of countries with human maximal life span. And Japanese diet is one of the healthiest in the world. I think it has at least two characteristic.
One is that they all like to eat fresh and raw food, such as sashimi, raw vegetables etc.
The other is that their food is elegant and enchanting. Every dish is like a exquisite work of art. But in fact, these works of art can not be separated from those special cutlery, and doing every job needs different knives-----a workman must sharpen his tools if he is to do his work well.
All in all, these are the advantages, which we should learn from.

不知道是不是因为地域的关系,韩式,日式料理我们都比较喜欢,而东南亚一带的美食口味有一些则不太适应。
日本是世界上人口最长寿命的国家之一。几年前看到一个纪录片,提到世界上最长寿的国家除了冰岛就是日本了。而冰岛百岁以上的老人占全国人口的四分之一。这的确是一个很高的比例。这两个国家是不是都因为邻海,人们常吃鱼类而获得长寿的秘诀呢?专家也不敢确定。毕竟影响长寿的因素还是很多的。但是日本确实是吃鱼比较多的国家。
而日本饮食至少有两大特点:
一 、吃生的新鲜的食物。
这点我们毫不陌生。像一些生鱼片啊,生的蔬菜啊,还有一些有机牛肉啊,他们觉得新鲜的食物生吃能保留食物的最大营养。虽然我不喜欢生吃肉类食品,但是也觉得过分加工过的食物营养会流失更多。就像红楼梦里,刘姥姥进大观园的时候凤姐说得的那道菜---茄鲞,连烹带炸的,根本就吃不出茄子的原味了。
二、日本美食做的漂亮、精致。
每一道菜都像是一件精美的艺术品。造型别致,让你不仅觉得好吃还更好看。而这些造型的背后其实也离不开那些专用的刀具。做每一样活都有不一样的刀。正所谓“工欲善其事 必先利其器”。
总之,日本和谐、健康的饮食文化确实有很多值得我们去学习的。
