I've realized since starting this carnivore diet that half of my attatchment to baked goods is the process of making them. Yesterday when the baking mood struck I channelled it positively and made these gluten free pumpkin dog treats.
Ingredients:
**Note: Most ingredients were just dumped, so I'm estimating what was used. You want a thick roll-able dough.
3 eggs
1 can plain pumpkin
2 t honey
1 t salt
1.5 c puffed quinoa
1/2 c bob's red mill gluten free blend
2-3 cups corn flour
1 c tapioca flour
1/4 c avocado oil
Combine everything, add more flour or oil depending on consistency. Roll out, cut into inch squares and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. I keep a small bag on the counter with the bulk of them frozen for freshness.
