Restaurants of Acapulco: Zibu Mexthai Fancy Restaurant Part 2

We were definately a sight in that restaurant but they took it in stride. We had several waiters taking care of us and they honestly did a great job serving us. When they realized we couldn't speak Spanish they started speaking in English, albeit with a thick accent. It was a great experience that left us all wanting to do it again. This ship was awesome and I just had to get a photo of it.

The bar, to the right as you walk into the dining area. Very cool place but hard to take pictures of at night.

This is either Denni or @modprobe's plate.....the same goes for the next photo.

This is mine, I got the prime rib which came with mashed potatoes topped with a little potato chip, scalloped potatoes, grilled veggies and delicious gravy.

This mammoth thing is John's plate. He ordered two things on the menu, the rack of lamb and the lobster tail and they served it like this.

There were a couple of side dishes I didn't have, like the sweet potatoes with the fried corn ring on top and rice. The sauces were also very different, a garlic butter and a mint sauce.

This was the mexithai pasta and it had goat cheese on top that got mixed in before I got a chance to take a photo. It was apparently really good though. I tried one noodle.

@jasonhenza got this plate. Later, when I was showing his wife the photos she picked his plate out like "That's Jason's isn't it?" She was right.

The waiters took notice of my camera and tried to help with the lighting here and there. It was still hard to photograph.
