Turtle Brownie Cups

Turtle meet brownie, in a perfect marriage. I tweaked my old gluten free brownie recipe with toppings and mixins, making something truly delectable.

Once the batter was ready, made according to the recipe shared in the link above, I just added some chocolate chips and chopped pecans to the batter.

Then I just melted some more chocolate chips to frost the brownie cups. I ended up baking them in cups, which took about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Drizzle with cajeta, the Mexican goat milk caramel classic.
