Can a woman survive on peanut butter alone?

To be honest I haven't been great at self care the last few days. Or maybe I've been a total boss at it. It's hard to know since nearly all I've done is sit in the darkness wearing sunglasses and eating peanut butter from the jar. Man. That actually sounds kind of awesome, like I'm a rockstar or something, but the truth is it doesn't feel super great. Or maybe the migraine doesn't feel super great?

Basically, I'm thinking I should eat a thing that's not peanut butter but have zero motivation when PB is easy, tasty and right beside me. Sigh. First world problems. But here's the thing: I started eating the PB because I was worried having re-entered ketosis had contributed to my migraine. I cycle in and out for the sake of my kidneys. Sadly, the carbs didn't ease my headache at all. I think they did contribute to my nausea and I now need to get back into ketosis which is easy but annoying. Bummer.

Lest you wonder whether this post is all about whining, allow me to help you out: this post is me whining.

I know. It's not pretty. Sometime's a woman needs to vent. So here I am. Venting. And not eating more peanut butter. Because a woman also needs variety. And possibly a nap.
