This is another recipe trying to keep in line with the New Year's resolution and making healthier choices. As you can tell I love salmon and I really enjoy the Asian flare to this recipe. Real simple marinade and you can pan fry, grill or bake the salmon.
Served with an Asian vegetable stir fry and steamed jasmine rice. Hope you enjoy!
Asian Style Maple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
2 Salmon Fillets (4-5 oz each)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Grated Ginger (amount according to your preference)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Sesame Seeds (Optional)
