Today I wanna share with you my knowledge about something that some people may like. So tell me, who don't like chocolate? I think that most people really adores chocolate (including myself ❀️). Most of the chocolates nowadays have adverse impact for our health and hardly ever we can find real chocolate right from cocoa beans in grocery shop. But onlines shops with healthy food are full of this real chocolate. So I wanna show you benefits from eating that real God treat.πŸ«πŸ˜‹






Cocoa contains mixed called pentamer. That mixture has ability to disturb spread of cancer cells. When some researches treated cancer cells with pentamer, the necessary proteins for cancer growth were suppressed and the cells stopped dividing. Cocoa are good for our skin. German scientists found that flavonoids protect women’s skin from the sun’s UV rays exactly in dark chocolate. But of course this doesn't mean that you must avoid the sun.*

Researches from John Hopkins University on mouses proved that dark chocolate shield cells in the brain from damage of stroke. Beside protecting, chocolate also increase blood flow to your brain what makes you more focused.





Chocolate actually makes you live longer... Yes, the oldest woman that ever lived (122 years) was eating two and a half pounds of dark chocolate per week. Harvard research says that chocolate adds 2 years to your lifecount. (Not the chocolater that actually kills you because of sugar and processed stuff)

It can also prevent blood inflammation, if you eat one bar per day your chance for hearth disease is likely to decrease. It keeps the blood inflammation-inducing proteins away.


We all feel it, but we don't really pay attention that eating chocolate makes us feel better. It increases chemicals in your brain that are responsible for mood, it even contains a chemical called tryptophan that is getting converted into serotonin which lifts mood and gives euphory.

Chocolate can also dicrease bad cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein (LDL))

So my dear friends feel free to eat chocolate as long as it is not trash that contains added sugar and chemicals that will harm you. It has a lot of benefits and we all love how it tastes πŸ’™
