The average quality of the entries is getting higher and high each week. Last week, we struggled to get the posts down to four final entries because there were so many great posts. This week, we have had four very clear stand out entries - however that doesn't mean that the quality wasn't high.

We loved learning more about the different types of aromatherapy and the different ways you can put together your own special treatments to help you relax! Plus a lovely dtube video too.

This bilingual post shows @nininijingning's de-stressing activity of dance. We loved the little journey we were taking on with the different and interesting original photography. It looked great fun and seems like a great way to make new friends and new people. Those splits were very impressive.
