Many of us try to eat healthier, but there are acutally some foods that will pack more of a health punch in our diet than others do. These “superfoods” are touted for their wealth of nutritional benefits, many of them giving us 10+ good reasons to eat them!

In this article, I’d like to share 10 of the superfoods that are hot right now. Everyone should be consuming these foods for ultimate health – barring you don’t have any health concerns that may prevent you from eating one or more of these foods.
