My Recipe to a Healthy Day

Today I want to share with you one of my Recipe of a Healthy Drink.

I am not the person who is into cooking and all, Kitchen is the last place on earth I would like to visit...hahaha

But when it comes to Health I am for sure very particular of what goes in my system. I also run a Detox Diet Program on regular basis and people do find a lot of benefit following it.

Food is one thing where we do not have control with our taste buds and its perfectly fine. I say you should eat whatever you like but be sensitive with your system, if you have consumed something hard for your digestive system then try to give it a relief also in some way to mellow down the impact. Hence once in a way following a Detox diet is also good for your system.

This Recipe has no name, if we want we can say it is a "Health Drink"

Ingredients for Juice:

Parsley
Cilantro
Mint
Ginger
Carrot
Avocado

Add all of this in a Mixer Grinder with a glass of warm water, let it blend till it becomes smooth.

Once the Smoothie is ready the below ingredients can be added for Taste and Power

For Add Ons:

Chia Seeds - Should be soaked in water for 15 minutes before mixing it with the smoothie. - 1 Spoon
Apple Cider Vinegar (Organic) - 1 Teaspoon
Lime - To Taste
Honey - To Taste

So here is your Power Drink ready for the Day. Having one glass of this every day will helps you with Detoxifying your body as well as filling up your body with a good amount of vitamin and minerals which your regular diet may not be covering up.
