The Make It Healthy Project has grown another branch!  

This new series vies to provide the community with healthy ideas/recipes suitable for lunches and snacks, for both children and adults alike.

Almost a year ago, the idea for The Make It Healthy Project sprang from a deep desire to increase public knowledge about health and food.  The original aim was to provide healthy alternatives to commercial processed products, so that people can still enjoy their favourite foods without compromising health.  The project is now a well-established community effort to encourage healthy choices in others, with amazing health-related posts being shared every day.

Together we ARE making the world healthier!

However, we really need more recipes for healthy lunches and snacks for taking to school or work.  By 'healthy' I mean free from anything processed, refined, artificial.

Since many of us spend a large proportion of our time in school or work, it's vital we ensure our meals there are just as healthy as the ones we eat at home.  Often we opt for something 'convenient', which we can generally interpret as 'lacking nutrition'!  

The World Needs Your Healthy Ideas Please!

If we can regularly share recipes for healthy lunches & snacks (preferably easy to prepare) we may be able to transform those packed-with-crap lunchboxes into treasure boxes packed with nutritious riches!  Sometimes all people need is a few ideas and a little push in the right direction.
