This time I'm not posting a breathtaking view, it's one of those cases where the message speaks more than the photo. My goal with this post is to spread the word, to bring to attention that nature is a living force, If we don't take good care of it, we'll disapear with it, simple as that. Big cities pouring heat and pollution into the atmosphere are not a sustainable form to live.

For many this picture is just a worthless burnt tree; For me it's a reminder to take care of the nature.

The "monumento al caminante distraído" was once a healthy tree that has been burnt by a cigarette thrown by a hiker. Simple careless acts causing catastrophic damage.

It's sad to see hikers, or should I call them "instagram picture seekers", going to wild places and forgetting the simple rules like: Take your garbage with you; Do no leave cigarette tips; Do not set a fireplace on danger zones; etc.
