Why should you consider renting over buying a home? Does that make sense to you? For most people around the world, owning a home is the only way to go. Let me tell you why I think renting is a great way to improve your life.
I have been a real estate investor for over 7 years. Bought and sold many homes, hold commercial and single family homes as investment vehicles. But why would I consider to rent over buying?
If you live in a major city, that has a high cost a living, this will be more tailored to you but it can applied to all.

Renting
Here are some of my main reason why you should rent where you live.
Accessibility Renting gives you options in life, a ton more then when you own a home. When you are a renter, you are also ready to move at the end of your lease if need be. When you own a home, typically you stay there for your whole life. What if there is better opportunities for you in another city or even country? Renting allows you to be more mobile and do what is best for you at any moment.
Renting will give you more access to your hard cash. You will keep your money you would of had to put on a down payment or for the entire house. Now you have cash disposal ready for great opportunities that our in your favor to make big gains on your investment. This is how massive amounts of income and wealth is created.
Fixed Cost Renting is a fixed cost monthly. You do not need to pay for the roof when it needs fixing, buy a new dishwasher, and many other maintenance you would have to do when you own. This creates a lot less stress and you can now focus on other ways to produce more income.
Market Disruptions When the market is tanking, you have no worries because you costs stay the same and you are not taking big hits on the value of your property. This is hard for many to stomach.
