How to change dumpling wrappers into the noodles ? 饺子皮? 油泼面?

Shanxi noodles are very delicious , it is sour and spicy , nice to eat. But how to make this kind of noodles , that is not an easy thing.

Today I will share a fast way to make the Shanxi noodles, I promise you must enjoy eating it, now let’s share it together.

Usually I use the dumpling wrappers to cook it . about ten minutes later , you can eat delicious noodles .

Ingredients :

Dumpling wrapper
Green vegetables
oil
Salt,
Capsicum
Garlic pieces
vinegar
sugar
Sesame oil

Methods :

First cut the dumpling wrappers into three parts, then make them longer and then pour them in to the hot water, at the same time , you can also put some vegetables. Then when it is ok , cool it with the cold water.

Put some salt on the noodles, sugar vinegar, cayenne pepper and garlic .

Heat the oil then pour it on to the noodles , stir it , then you can eat . it tastes salty, sour, and hot .

原料:
饺子皮
青菜

盐,
辣椒末
大蒜末
香醋

香油
麻油

先把饺子皮切三下,一指宽,然后抻长,一次下入开水中,这时候再放点青菜,面好了后, 捞出来,凉水投凉。

面条上放盐,糖 陈醋,辣椒末,大蒜末

锅里放油,趁热倒在面条上,搅拌一下,美味的油泼面就做好了。饺子皮做油泼面有点凉皮的感觉,吃起来咸鲜,酸辣,还是非常不错的。

这个也是我经常包饺子,有时候面剩了, 就这样变成了油泼面,结果大受欢迎,我们都喜欢吃。青菜可以自己随意搭配,所以想吃啥,就变成啥样的油泼面吧!
