Dear Steemians,
As a startup, there are always limits on your resources. I am very thankful for my teammates for the fact that even with limited resources, they still call Althea home and go out of their way to make this place cozy. On a low budget, we came up with some ideas that could really spruce up the office! We all ended up going to the Yangjae Flower Market to buy some flora for our office.
We ended up purchasing some Goldcrest Wilma, some Traveller's Trees, some Rubberwood, and something that I don't remember what the name is, but looks like a miniature baobab tree with a set of 5 leaves that sprout from each stem.
The trees were for the office in general, but we bought either the wilmas or "mini baobabs" for each of our teammates. There have been studies that show that the amount of love we show our plants is truly reflected in their growth. I'm going to test that theory. Our goal at Althea is to see how the team actually takes care of their respective plants! I know from personal experience that the "mini baobabs" are a lot easier to care for than the wilmas, but who knows, maybe we will see an all-star horticulturist amongst our group!
Have a great day everyone!
Chris
