WANGCHANGE Weekly Payouts Update

Dividends for Token holders will be distributed on Wednesday evening 4/19 which will give you guys plenty of time to jump on that whacky tabacky for 420. It's been 18 days since the last payout and I feel this update is way overdue. Since the HF, I've tried to gauge the new 7 day payouts so I can readjust and post in a more orderly manner. Considered creating and releasing my post, 1-2 days out of the week for a "weekly" payout but that's just one of many ideas I have to help these share drops easier and bigger.
