Why I was not hungry yesterday evening? - 为什么昨晚不觉得饿?(by ace108)

I mentioned I wasn't hungry yesterday night in this previous post on food:

Going through the photos taken yesterday, then I realised my late lunch was sort of the culprit.

在最近一贴，我提到昨晚不觉得怎么饿：

翻看昨天拍的照片才发现午餐是在搞的怪。

Lunch

Lunch was chye tow kway (or commonly known as fried carrot cake, not the dessert kind of carrot cake but it's actually made from radish which we call as white carrot).
The carrot cake is fried with eggs and chilli sauce.
午餐是菜头粿。（类似萝卜糕。实际白萝卜制成)。菜头棵配合鸡蛋和辣椒酱一起煎炒得香脆。
Chye Tow Kway

My wife had char kway teow (also known as fried kway teow a dish basically from frying two different types of noodles with sweet black sauce and normally will at least includes fish cakes and bean sprouts.
我夫人就吃炒粿条（粿条跟面配甜黑酱油炒)。通常的料至少会包括鱼饼和豆芽。

The energy from the oily fried food has not be burned. Guess that was why I wasn't feeling hungry in the evening yesterday.

又煎又炒又油。几小时后，能源还未消。所以傍晚还不觉得饿咯。
