Oman offers a variety of an experience to each one as per what our mood is. There are many scenic spots in Oman and each one offers a unique experience different from others. You will find Sea, Sand and Mountains all here where you can spend some wonderful times.....
Over the weekend we decide to make a trip in the Mountains with an overnight stay and a barbecue plan in the mountains.
The temperature in the city has already started soaring touching 40 degrees, and this escape is a big relief as the temperature up in the mountains drop to around 20 degrees and you will not feel you are actually living in a hot place.
The place we visited is called Shorfet, there is a small resort on top of the mountain, though many people come with tents and spend the night out in the open. We decided to book the resort as we were looking at a comfortable overnight stay.

Our Resort, this is the only place here, and you need to come fully prepared as in a range of 30 kms till you go down you will not find any habitation. The resort is fully equipped so one may not worry about anything.

It's always fun to have these outings with friends, they create some wonderful memories for lifetime.
