Paris in September can get pretty intense when people come to gather around one of the world's most iconic structures on earth.

Before I arrived, I promised myself that I would not shoot that quintessential iconic shot of the tower. I've been here before and practically done everything there is to do on it, and it's at least a two hour commitment. But the words were so clear in my head...

"Not today, Deneb. Not today"

When I was near the Seine River, I caught a nice clearing of the tower and photographed it with my 35mm lens. Soon after, I forced myself to shoot entirely with my telephoto lens. That way, I had no choice but to shoot up-close. I gave myself less than an hour to shoot all I can, before I had to meet-up with friends for lunch.

Here are my favorites.

The Eiffel taken near the Seine River.

I finally made it to the Effel and it was packed.

Lots of people surrounding the Champs de Mars, this really long park that sits between the Tower and École Militaire. I took my time anticipating moments before they happen, if that makes any sense.

I couldn't believe no one took a picture of this guy while I was there. I guess no one's impressed with a head gushing out gallons of water from it's mouth.

My alarm buzzed and I stowed my camera back in the bag and headed off.
