At the end of the day the only thing we take with us are memories of one more day...

I watch the sun as it sets at the end of the day, sitting next to my friend after a long journey, being able to clear my mind for a few moments, of everything that filled my head during the day, losing me of the present time, in such irrelevant things that have already happened and others that still do not happen, the day to day exhausts us with their social demands, our duties as people have filled our minds with so much rubbish, that they do.

The city has become a necessary evil, because although we are "social"beings, our systems enslave us, we spend long hours working to get money, which we invest in things, most of which we don't even need, but if so, then why do we buy them?

That's because they bombard us, day and night with absurd publicity, which makes us identify ourselves with this or that, and therefore we want it, they play with our sense of belonging, that's when we go like dogs to the slaughterhouse (our work), we say it's a piece of shit, but remembering that reward at the end of the month, which we hope to spend on what they induced us to buy, without first thinking if we really need it.

There were so many thoughts that passed through my mind, in that little moment, when I simply decided to slow down and stop to observe.

So what's it worth at the end of the day? The material garbage can be obtained by anyone, with a lot of effort and dedication this one, but the experience of living is something that we only achieve by expanding our context, it is that which we achieve when we leave our comfort zone, it is to overcome our uncertainties, our fears.

Just as the sun that rises every morning is different from the previous one, you may have seen thousands but none like that day's sun, it will be the same the next morning and nothing repeats itself, photography is an art that has made that very clear to me, so if your current self is not the same as that of ten years ago or more, who played in the streets with his friends, tell me Who are you? You're not even the same as yesterday. What have you done with yourself? Is it worth the effort? Today in spite of having been a hard day's work, I took some time to clear my mind by doing something I really like (parkour) to focus on it, even if it's for a moment, when we do something we really want, everything else stops mattering, time is irrelevant, when there's only a continuous present.

Abandon the agreement by giving myself to me and I do not regret it at all, sleeping is the only thing in the day that makes me say ¡it was worth it! Since it was the only one, in which I really felt alive, in the present moment and I focus my mind on working, not to get absurd things that I don't need, if not on achieving freedom, enough to enjoy what I do, more often fully.

And you who are willing to sacrifice... what you love for an empty life Or dare to leave your comfort zone?
