Today I've got something spicy for you. Of course you can also omit the spicy part of this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 leek
- 4 celery
- 3 carrots
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 50ml vegetable broth
- 150g broad glass noodles(or other noodles but glass noodles are the best choice)
- 50g roasted salted peanuts
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 pinch of sambal oelek (Or more if you like it more spicy)
- Salt
- Coriander
Peel garlic and chop finely.
Wash, halve and cut leek, celery and carrots into strips (Dry the green of the celery and put it aside).
Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan and fry the garlic, leek, celery and carrots in it briefly.
Deglaze it with the vegetable broth, boil up and cook for 5 minutes (After 5min season it with soy sauce, sambal oelek, salt and coriander).
Meanwhile, cook the glass noodles according to package instructions.
Chop the Peanuts and the green of the celery coarsely.
Add the green of the celery and the peanuts.
Drain the noodles and them, too.
Season it again with salt if necessary.
