2. Steemit Quiz 2025
The Steemit Quiz 2025 run by @the-gorilla is now up and running.
The quiz is planned to run for a year, with new sets of questions every week.
People can enter individually or in teams of up to 5 people.
The prize pool is estimated to be around $1500 over the year...

Three quizzes have taken place so far, with new ones being released every few days.
Each quiz has a prize pool of 10-15 STEEM, as well as votes from @pennsif...

4. SBDs & Upbit
The leading Korean exchange Upbit announced on 30 December 2024 that...
Steem Dollars (SBD) has been designated as a cautionary item, and as a result, the deposit service will be temporarily suspended.
Upbit is currently conducting a review of SBDs. The review is due to be completed by 13 January.
This announcement initially caused the value of SBDs to drop sharply to around $1.55.
The price subsequently rose dramatically to over $11. It has now dropped back to $7.64
