Women of Steemit: Artist Edition

Check out where this all started, here!

@natichi newly found painter, and inspiration

I recently discovered her through her impressive acrylic paintings. When I read her intro, I was shocked to learn that this was a relatively new passion of hers.

Yesterday, she asked us thought provoking question: Do you consider yourself beautiful?

A question most women ask themselves at one point or another. I found her answer to be motivational.

If you are still unsure - you are beautiful or not, only your faith determines what you are. I've noticed that many people do not have the perfect appearance, but from them comes the confidence in their beauty. And they look beautiful.

Thank you, @natichi, for reminding us that sometimes we need to have a little faith. I recommend looking at her art whenever you are feeling discouraged about yourself, or the content you create.

@camilla poet, philosopher, artist

I’ve seen a few of her posts before, but none have stopped me in my tracks quite like her most recent project have. A few days ago, she challenged herself by drawing a beetle. She said that drawing realistically (and bugs, icky!) were pain points for her.

This ladybug is so stunningly executed. She also included a poem in the original post, that is equally as beautiful. Seriously, go check it out.

@dream underrated artist

I discovered her through a post she made including many portraits of people she watched at coffee shops. A fantastic artist and poet, she’s also started sharing her graphic novel excusively through Steemit!

This girl deserves a lot more recognition! I hope she returns with new content soon.

Shout out: I featured @lauralemons in my last article. Today she posted an adorable comic about Steemit that is definitely worth mentioning.

Check it out, and show an artist some love. As always, thanks for reading. :)
