What's been happening within the #steemsilvergold group this week

I think we have resolved the issues between the #steemsilvergold and Stax membership lists. Both i and Stax put out posts explaining what had happened and i think most members are happy that that is done and dusted
@raybrockman (Group Mod) has decided that he is not giving away enough upvotes and has committed to giving new members 25% upvotes worth $2.25. Wait, we agreed 25% before he made his post. He has only gone and made it a 50% upvote. The man has no limits. All members, pleasee the link below and resteem it, this is a great chance for newbies to get a really good upvote for posting about silver are gold.

Tomorrow evening will see the first post for adding new members to the #steemsilvergroup. A new voting table will be added along with the weekly Monday steemsilvergold membership list. Each member gets 2 votes per week. Each new member must be nominated by an existing member, vouched for by another existing member and then confirmed with a 3rd vouch from a group mob. (@philimint, @raybrockman and @silverstackeruk)
@silvergoldbotty is doing her thing for the group. He has recently dropped her upvote a little because she lost some power over the holidays. She seems to be building strength again and will be banging out those big upvotes soon again. All members of the #steemsilvergold group can get a free upvote from Stax by upvoting each of her posts with a 100% upvote for a month.
I might do a group buy for Bitcoin Silver. It is a erc20 coin (coins/tokens ran on the ethereum blockchain) They are trading for 8/10th's of a penny each. They were trading at 1/2 penny last week. This would be a pure gamble and really just for fun. I would be interested to know if anyone would be interested in doing a group buy. 1000 coins would cost around $8.50. I think they could be stored on any erc20 wallet. Any thoughts on taking a gamble with the hope that the bitcoin name attached adds extra value.

What do you do to support your fellow members?

First off, i reply back to every single comment made in any of my posts. If i leave a comment in your post and your reply back, you can bet your bottom dollar you will reply back. As a way to remind myself i have left a reply, i also give a 20% min upvote to every single comment. I think it is important to interact with followers and comments. I do not see the point in spending 1-3 hours to write a post and then 2 minutes to reply back to comments after an hour. Everything i learn from Steemit and being within the group happens in the comment section. I write the post with my knowledge, i learn from the comments. So, reply back to your comments, you'll build stronger bonds and reap the rewards.
Secondly, every night before i go to bed, i go to the new posts section of the #steemsilvergold tag and upvote around 10-20 posts at 20% min.

I have seen others members resteem posts, include links within their own posts to others posts, pay for upvotes for others, give away 100's if not 1000's of SBD and Steem in contests and comps. I have seen members sending free steem silver rounds to others, i have seen alot of very great stuff within the group, everyone has their own thing and everyone has a place.
