There's been a few new submissions since the last post and things are really heating up, and there's still over a week left in the contest for additional submissions. The deadline for submission is Feb 7th, 2018, then the community with vote for the winning design.

Of course the main prize is the design being used on the round, but there are other rewards too. We will guarantee a First place prize of 30STEEM, second place of 15STEEM and 3rd place of 5STEEM. We do hope to be able to offer additional prizes and that will depend on post payouts and any donations received.

Otherwise I'll get on with showcasing this round of submissions.

This first one is from @edxserverus and he depicted a mountian being claimed to claim your reward in the form of a upvote, he also included a QR code that takes you to the homepage of steemit.com. You can see check out his post here.

This next design is from @skeptic and he has chooses some layered elements that hit on the theme 'bringing communities together'. I've always felt that the way steemit is so fluid and the lack of any real sorting and only the single feeds really does lend to bringing all sorts of content and people in one place. Check out his full post here.

Here the next submissions by @knowledge-seeker, he incorporated alot of great elements and depth in his design, everything from the rope and anchors to the waves and marine animals has a deeper meaning. Please head over to his post here to check it out.

This fourth design is from @marlon241982 and he incorporated some cool textures into the background of the round, incorporated the world and whale elements as well. It's a fun idea that he also added the denomination of 1 Steem, as long as it doesn't lead to any confusion over having any value in crypto, since it's only a silver round. His post for further details is here.

Crowd Funding

I just wanted to also remind everyone that we are trying to crowdfund as much of the premium as possible through Steem(it). We are committed to keeping the cost as low as we can for everyone and once again not taking any profits from this project.

@sevinwilson and I are donating the SBD rewards from any posts related to the coin to @steemsilverround. If any one else wants to post about the round, contests, or updates and donate the SBD to @steemsilverround we would really appreciate it!
