Every time you steal $100:
Spend $30 in your uncle's store to buy food for the robbed person. Eating and drinking are basic human needs and people robbed by you have a right to free food.
Spend $20 in your brother-in-law's hair salon to buy a haircut voucher. The victims of your theft have a right to choose another hairdresser, but regardless of their decision, they cannot complain that you haven't provided them access to a free haircut.
Give $10 to some charity in front of witnesses. If the robbed person was going to do it anyway, you saved them some time. If the victim wasn't going to do it, you saved them embarrassment.
Give the robbed person $10. Come up with a cause that suits their needs (for example, subsidize their business, pay them welfare or child benefit). The victim should feel favored.
Pay yourself a $30 salary.
Congratulations! You are no longer a common thief. You've become a politician.
