1. Category contribution totals
From the inception of utopian-io we have seen 7971 contributions across the 13 main contribution types. These types are listed below and displayed as a pie chart.

As we know, each contribution is allowed 4 tags, as the first tag is reserved for 'utopian-io'.
The purpose of this report is to detail which are the most popular 'additional' tags used for each contribution category, and this is displayed in the next section.
These additional tags will also be analysed against previous data collected in the summary section of the report.
2. The Ten most popular tags in each contribution category
The tables are ordered in contribution type order - (Tag, Total number of Tags)
The dates show from the start of the project to 4th December, and then from the start of the project to 18th December.

'gimp' is a new entry for 'Video Tutorials', while 'kodi' falls from the top 10.
3. Summary
We can see that 'utopian-io' is being added as an additional tag. The user interface still allows this tag to be entered even though it is the default first tag.
An appearance of 'programming' as a tag in Tutorials is interesting. Perhaps this is a sign of an increase in 'help the helper' as the platform matures and relationships are made.
'indonesia' has shot away from 'china' in the 'Translations' category as translations tagged 'indonesia' have grown over 300% since the last set of data was collected two weeks ago. This shows strong growth in this community and the number of contributors for @utopian-io.
'nigeria' is popping up as a tag now in multiple Categories - is this a sign of the growth in open source, and contributions to open source in Africa?
The tags tied to contributions can be a useful way to extract what's Contributions have long term impact and can also be used to spot new trends in contribution types.
4. Tools used to gather this report
The data is sourced from SteemSQL - A publicly available SQL database with all the blockchain data held with (Data is normally 1/2 hours delayed from live)
The SQL queries to extra to the data have been produced in both SQL Server Personal Edition and LINQPAD 5.
And extract of code for 'Analysis' Category type:
The charts used to present the data were produced using MS Excel.
