A big surprise for you from @Azizbd and A challenge for me. Time to share our first working and training class at @WomenEmpowerment . Well, you may be surprise with the below picture. As it looks like @SchoolForSDG4 ? You are right. We started our training class at @SchoolForSDG4's campus during off time of the school.
Women Empowerment was running it's operation in another area for last 1 year. But we did not start our training program at school area though it was important in both area. We have many oral appeal but we can't give facility more than 10 women in the room.
We made decision to keep facilitating their training class on Friday and Monday. They will have two hours on Friday and one and half hours on Monday.
Yesterday I @AzizBD bought some clothes and other materials for training purposes. Today they used paper as their first class. Last week we had orientation class and we discussed about our class plan and what we want to accomplish with them. They seem very happy to join. We are going to buy a new sewing machine soon.
We are providing free training facilities for them and we are expecting to give them tools and investment in future if some of them wants to start their own garments. We will also looking for opportunities to invest and hire them after the basic training. We made a big investment in beading products last year and couldn't cover the loss though we paid our workers.
The women of @WomenEmpowerment were seeing some work samples.
While mothers were working, their kids were playing near the room. Two of them study at @SchoolForSDG4. I am so hurry wit the post. Hope will be able to share more soon.
