(3 Powers Square)
Brasilia is the capital of Brazil. A capital built from scratch in the middle of nowhere, likewise other capitals in the world: Washington in the USA and Canberra in Australia.
(National Congress)
It was geometrically drawn and projected, born from the dream of a man, the former President Juscelino Kubitschek. He hired the best architects to plan the capital, such as Oscar Niemeyer and others as excellent, though less famous.

It is a modern and unconventional city, although I was told that it was designed for 500,000 people, today there are 3 million living there. Even with this amount of people, Brasilia still feels wide and immense.
(Alvorada Palace)
I have wandered and photographed the emblematic places of the city, such as the cathedral, the sanctuary of Don Bosco, the Three Powers square, the Planalto palace, the Juscelino Kubitschek bridge, the National Congress and others.
(Brasília Cathedral)
Modern buildings as well as contemporary architecture is what we find in Brasilia.
(Don Bosco Sanctuary)
I really enjoyed. And I also noticed that, despite the hand of man and the work done, the land in Brasilia is red. Red as the red of roots, raw, even rude, though beautiful.

As it said to Brasilia: here I am, you were born from me, I am your mother, your genesis, your bowels. Because there is no work that man does in which nature is, if not inspiration, at least the mold.
