WRITE DOWN YOUR THOUGHTS... ALWAYS!- My writing and photos for the mid week

Here is a valuable piece of advice to you that I've learned from my life experience: always write down your thoughts. Keep a notebook (they come in all sizes and styles!) and a pencil (I love pencils!). The moment you have a special thought, write it down. Don't be lazy to take it out of your pocket or purse, and don't ever think you will remember it later. It never happens, as we always forget them and they end up vanishing forever.

Even if they look ridiculous when you write them down, keep them anyway. Do an inner-brainstorming, write down all the "nonsense" that came to your mind. No one else will read them anyway! And then, after a while, go back to them and you will see that, almost always, they make perfect sense.

If you are not a fan of handwriting (I am), if you are a geek, or don't like to carry any extra load, write down your thoughts on your mobile phone. As long as you write, always write down your thoughts!

Also grab a notebook and a pencil and put them on your bedside table, for when you have insomnia, or to write down your dreams or insights when you wake up! These ones are, more often than not, priceless and final, and always make sense. Maybe because we think and dream better while asleep, free from the hustle and bustle of our days... At least that's why I think.

In short, always write down your thoughts. It's you, they are part of you.
Like when you taste some heavenly dish, or drink an unforgettable wine, wishing you could keep the flavor in your mouth forever, those thoughts will last long and, maybe, will end up being an original and wonderful recipe.
