As every day Thursday I am posting a new informational beer post, this interesting information I found it while surfing the web, I hope it is to your liking and enjoy as much as I did the post.

"Wheat beers" are made with the process of "high fermentation" a miscellany of "wheat and barley" their taste is the grain of wheat and its aroma of freshly baked bread, usually called white beers.
