Hello friends,
My 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge that I started 11 weeks ago is gaining more and more popularity and attracting many talented Steemians. The quality of the entries is getting better and better day by day. I do have some more plans in my head in the upcoming months once certain things will come into play in regards to the platform’s development. Thanks to Steemit it is easy to reward people for their contribution and I certainly hope this will drive more talented individuals to the platform and therefore grow our user-base. In the meantime enjoy some of the amazing images from your fellow Steemians.

Bura is the arrogant queen of the Adriatic. It is the most unpleasant, cold and unpredictable wind you will ever experience. The feeling you get when you are directly exposed to it, corresponds perhaps with the strongest winter you have ever had a chance to experience.

This picture is over 7 years old and was shot on the first Holiday I went to together with my Girlfriend. We had a rental car and were just cruising around the Island of Fuerteventura. What a beautiful Island, we absolutely have to go back there one more time.

When I think of European glamour, the first thing that comes to mind is Monaco. I had a chance to visit this tiny country next to Nice in the south of France in 2014. And boy, does it live up to its reputation. The harbor with the incredible yachts is a stunner. The views from atop the city are unparalleled. But be sure to bring plenty of Steem with you because it's not cheap. :)

Sailing in the Netherlands - Ijesselmeer / Wattensea
Because of ebb and flood, the Wattensea is unique and one of a kind worldwide. They build special ships "Plattbodenschiffe / Platbodem schip / Flatboats" with no keel to sail in shallow waters and even "stop" on the bottom of the sea like seen in this picture. It's really fascinating to sail on one of those ships.

Emerald Moraine Lake in Canada is one of the most stunning scenery I have seen in my life. Its glacially fed lake in Banff National Park and the fun fact is that it is one of Windows 7's backgrounds.

Life was meant to be colourful
Popeye Village, also known as Sweethaven Village and Danish Village, is a film set purposely built village, now converted into a small attraction fun park, consisting of a collection of rustic and ramshackle wooden buildings. It is located at Anchor Bay, 3 kilometres (2 mi) from the village core of Mellieħa, Malta. This shot from last October (during golden hour on sunset) when we visited Malta for photogrpahic workshop

It seems like everywhere up on the Blackcomb Mountains is a photo opportunity. This is just one of many during our ski trip to Whistler. As I only had my Iphone with me, it was already sufficient to take some great photos!

This is the bridge connecting Canada and America.. The water you see is from Niagara Falls. As you can see water was looking like green because of the reflection of trees I think. It was amazing place. I took the picture from a boat.

Milford Sound is one of the top 10 locations in New Zealand. Most people take a boat tour and enjoy the scenery. Always bring mosquito repellent because of the sandflies!
This image was taken on our way back to Queenstown.

Chilling in Sydney's botanic gardens under the blue sky. Enjoying this view of the bridge crossing the harbour and looking at these white clouds floating in the air while life is still going on on the other side of this wonderful park.

Sunset on Stuart Island/Rakiura, home of around 400 people living in the small settlement of Oban. A great place for nature walks and to see the southern lights (aurora australis).

Sunset at Blue Mountains National Park
Here is the first national park we went to on my second road trip with my sister. You can see the top part of Blue Mountain just getting kissed by the sun. We didn't have time to explore the whole national park but it was enough to enjoy its beauty.

Hi @czechglobalhosts here is my entry for the African challenge.
It was in 2013, I went to Africa and into the desert that time. It was a wonderful time there, in the daytime very hot, and in the night cold to zero.

Aswan is on Fire
Last December finally we had a chance to go round the Egypt in so called "Nile Cruise". Last day when at Aswan we got a possibility to visit Botanical garden as well as Nubian village. On the way back to Aswan, we got this damn bloody sunset with all the sky burning like in Hell :)
