18 Chefs

Last Saturday, I was at Bugis Junction, Singapore, doing some shopping. Was wanting to try a restaurant called 18 Chefs but the queue was long. So, continue to shop some more and went back about 8:30pm. Good, only a pair of ladies were in the queue. Soon, we were led to a table. Spent some time looking at the menu and decided on this meal called ‘Open Heart Surgery’. What a name!

上星期六，我在新加坡的白沙浮商业城购物。想要尝试一个家叫做18 Chefs的餐厅，但外面排长龙。干脆继续购物，大约晚上8:30回去。还好，只有一对女士在排队。很快被带到坐位。花了一些时间看菜单，决定这个餐菜叫“开心手术”。好奇怪的名字哦！（Bugis Junction）

The meal comes with 2 iced lemon tea which is quite good.

There are fried scallops on one side.

I understand why they call it “Open Heart Surgery” now.
现在有点明白为何把这道菜叫“开心脏手术”。

Conclusion | 结论

There overall meal was not too bad. One of the better iced lemon tea I have. The sausage with the spicy sauce in the chicken was good too. The chicken was quite dry which was a be disappointing as a result.
